• Review your order and complete your purchase
• You will receive a confirmation email (this is not a receipt; this does not mean your order is ready to pick up—we’re letting you know we’re processing your order)
• You will receive a second email a short time later indicating your order is ready to pick up—the amount of time will vary; please wait until you’ve received this to come pick up your order
• Please bring a valid photo ID, such as a driver's license, to the store.
• Once you arrive, call your local O'Reilly store's phone number and a team member will bring your items to your vehicle.

We will hold your order for three days, after which it may be cancelled and refunded.

Important Note

In the event that the cardholder is unable to personally pick up the order (such as the order being placed at a store in another state for a family member), please designate a pick up person in checkout while placing your order.
